Kate Barber began practicing immigration law in 2011 in Oklahoma and moved to Utah in 2013. If there’s one that thing she knows, it is that everyone’s case and situation is different. Kate has worked in both the private and nonprofit sectors in Oklahoma and Utah. She has handled removal defense, asylum, special immigrant juvenile cases, adoptions, citizenship, consular processing, and many other types of cases. Kate has represented hundreds of immigrants in proceedings before USCIS, the Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Administrative Appeals Office, criminal courts in Oklahoma and Utah, and the Department of Labor. She is fluent in Spanish.
