Kate Barber began practicing immigration law in 2011 in Oklahoma and moved to Utah in 2013. If there’s one that thing she knows, it is that everyone’s case and situation is different. She is prepared to understand and analyze the unique aspects of your case and provide you with options that fit your individual needs.

Kate has worked in both the private and nonprofit sectors in Oklahoma and Utah. She has handled removal defense, asylum, special immigrant juvenile cases, adoptions, citizenship, consular processing, and many other types of cases. Kate has represented hundreds of immigrants in proceedings before USCIS, the Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Administrative Appeals Office, criminal courts in Oklahoma and Utah, and the Department of Labor. She is fluent in Spanish.
